Russian President Vladimir Putin by his decree of May 30, 2018 awarded Veronika Dzhioeva the honorary title of Honored Artist of Russia.
Veronika Dzhioeva has previously received the title of Honored and People's Artist of South and North Ossetia, she is the laureate of many international and Russian competitions, the holder of the Golden Mask festival diploma and the winner of the Big Opera television contest.
The President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov also congratulated the artist on conferring the title: “Your rare vocal gift has already conquered and continues to conquer millions of people's hearts around the world, any role in your performance becomes a valuable gift for true connoisseurs of opera art”.
